The emphasis of this book is to discuss the hardships of L.I.F.E’s unpredictabilities and the result of being steadfast through tribulations. I learned to keep my head up, no matter the facts of life. I simply wanted to  share a story to encourage women who have been faced with breast cancer. We are survivors of a terrible enemy (the diagnosis). In order to keep our spirits strong, we must put on the full armor of God and eat from the Fruit of the Spirit. My foundation is built on Ephesians 6 and Galatians 5. It is time to put on the full armor of God and truly understand what each piece of the uniform means, and how to operate in it. God has equipped us with His word to walk in His power, authority, and will.
This journey we are about to take will hopefully encourage your soul to know who you are and who you belong to. When we think about a battle, we have to realize that it can weaken our bodies if we do not have the right nutrients to gain our energy back. 
During my storms of life, I had to learn how to eat from the Fruit of the Spirit and to understand the purpose of each Fruit. In this book, I will bring an understanding of how the Fruits will nurture our souls. I know that life is filled with ups and downs, and without God, I could not have survived! When life became too difficult, I learned to walk strategically with God, trusting in my faith in Him. I have never been a scientific person (and I do not dishonor those who are) however, for me, the discoveries of the universe have no comparison to the discoveries of my soul.
I desire to tell my story and help women to remember that we are warriors. I share my defeat and the struggles of facing the diagnosis. I know that God is carrying us through, instead of leaving us to take the journey alone. This book offers a moment for us to reflect on ourselves, our lives, and God’s will.
