Life happens in a way (sometimes) that is too traumatic to deal with. Just take deep breaths and say, “This too shall pass”. ©️2019 LWB Butterfly 🦋.
Why do we feel we have to cope with traumatic situations alone? Instead, we should seek help toward new L.I.F.E. We all have gone through pain, discomfort, or, even, psychological damage. All of these things can be triggered by how we handle our emotions. For example: malice, anxiety, guilt and frustration all form sadness. Many of these problems stem from ongoing issues that we have never addressed. Trauma is not a good thing, and sometimes can cause an individual to turn to substances ( a choice that makes the situation more sensitive). Let’s align ourselves in a way that will restore our brokenness. When life is too hard for me, I escape by exercising or finding other methods to sustain my self-being.
I am here to help you figure you out (if you need to share through your situation). It may take some time to inspire yourself again and to remove the life-altering negative experiences that you have had, but sharing can lighten the circumstances.
